HCC is looking for providers who have the capability, experience and infrastructure to support Hutt City Council in progressing the work on improved financial sustainability and associated financial policy/strategy framework to support this.

Providers will not be expected to implement the changes on Council’s behalf or engage with stakeholders, but rather to partner with us to review and provide advice on the likely changes.
