This proposal relates to the purchase of a (Hutt City Council Minor Works) construction contract for the recreational development on Hall Crescent Reserve (at 28A Mitchell Street and 53 Hall Crescent, Epuni). The key objective of this procurement is choosing a primary construction contractor to deliver the full project. As part of these works, the contractor must utilise the expertise of our nominated subcontractor for the playground development (Playground Centre Ltd).

This project includes supplying suitably qualified persons to complete detailed drainage design and construction, the labour for all hard and soft landscape construction works, supply of all landscape materials and recreational assets (where not supplied by Council), and management of any subcontractors.
