Overview
Urban Plus Limited (UPL) is a subsidiary of Hutt City Council providing high quality residential property, rental housing, portfolio management and strategic property services for our community.
This opportunity is for Facilities Management services for our rental housing portfolio of nearly 200 units at 26 locations in Hutt City. This includes grounds maintenance at these properties.
Hutt City Council is providing the GETS administration for this opportunity.
