Hutt City Council is looking to deliver a complete demolition and rebuild of an aquatic and fitness facility in the community of Naenae to replace the 64 year old current facility. This rebuilt facility needs to meet the needs of the community and wider city now and into the future. Hutt City Council wishes to partner with a project management company to meet the projects outcomes with a skill set that includes co-design, procurement for broader outcomes and experience in building an aquatic facility.
