Overview
Urbanplus is a Council Controlled Trading Organisation (CCTO) that manages the property portfolio of Hut City Council (Council). Urbanplus wishes to identify one or more effective providers of Cleaning Services for the benefit of the public and building users. This includes:
• Civic Portfolio Buildings including Administration Building, War Memorial Library, The Pavilion, Urbanplus Corporate Office and Fidelity House.
• The suburban libraries.
• Animal Services Facilities.
