Hawke’s Bay Regional Council is pleased to advise that, following completion of the open tender RFQ process conducted via GETS, five contracts have been awarded to successful respondents for the provision of Senior Project Management (SPM) services.

These appointments have been made across multiple projects within the NIWE programme, based on each supplier’s demonstrated capability, experience, alignment with project-specific requirements, and supplier hourly rates. The highest and lowest offers evaluated were $260/hour and $140/hour respectively based on programme requirements of hours and duration.

The total range across all received submissions was from the lowest offer of $73,500 to the highest offer of $474,240. This range reflects variations in the number of hours available, the proposed contract duration (in months), the hourly rates provided, and the level of experience required. (e.g. Senior Project Manager, Director, or Project Manager).

The successful consultants and their respective engagements are outlined below:
