Preferred Contractor List Briefing for Pool A and Pool B civil construction work procurement We are pleased to invite you to the briefing session hosted by Hawke’s Bay Regional Council (HBRC) to discuss the next stages in the civil construction procurement process for Pool A and Pool B. This briefing will provide important information on the upcoming phases of the project including key expectations, timelines, and strategic goals to ensure the successful delivery of this up-and-coming programme.
