Overview
This procurement relates to Macroinvertebrate sampling processing which is a key component for SoE monitoring and reporting for Councils.
HBRC together with five (5) other councils wish to combine our requirements for the purpose of tendering and to provide suppliers and indication of the pipeline of work to ensure suppliers have sufficient capacity. It is proposed that each council will have their own individual contract with the supplier.
