Hawke’s Bay Regional Council (HBRC) are looking to replace their current Finance Management Information System (FMIS) with a new solution which performs all core FMIS functions for councils. This includes Budgeting & Forecasting and Rates functionality as well as integrating into other HBRC solutions such as Asset Management, Human Resource and Geographic Information Systems enabling them to manage and report all council finances. It is expected that the solution will provide for currently identified requirements as well as providing the ability for additional modules and functionality to be incorporated in the future. The solution required is expected to meet both current needs but also enable the future needs of the council.
