The Working Group has decided they wish to receive submissions for Mobile Dental Clinics that have a 1 Chair Level 2 Towable configuration.
As RFP # 25730102 Mobile Dental Clinics and Dental Equipment has closed and is under evaluation, this means a new RFP has to be issued on GETS, which is however linked back to GETS RFP # 25730102. The Specifications for Mobile Dental Clinics 1 Chair Level 2 Towable are now in Appendix 2 Tab 10. We invite you to submit your response to this model in Tab 10, which will form the basis of our evaluation. There are no new requirements for Dental Equipment.
If you have already made a submission to NZHP in regards to GETS RFP # 25730102 you only need to submit a response to Appendix 2 Tab 10, Appendix 4 Pricing, plus any changes to Appendix 3 Response Form, for the new 1 Chair Level 2 Towable model. The closing date for submissions is July 4th at 3pm. A Supplier Briefing will be held on the 8th June at 3pm, , and Closing Date for questions is 23 June at 3pm.

This also means that the Evaluation date for GETS RFP # 25730102 has been extended, and we expect to have Shortlisted respondents by the week commencing 11th July, and a contract start date of approximately 1st August.
