This RFP is republished as the earlier version was accidently published as a closed tender. There is no change to the requirements and the documentation.
The intention of this Request for Proposal is to acquire:
- Perfusion Equipment, and
- Consumables
(a) Equipment Modalities:
(i) extracorporeal circulatory systems and accessories (Heart Lung Machines)
(ii) auto transfusion systems and consumables
(iii) heater cooler systems
(iv) intra-aortic balloon pumps
(b) Consumable Modalities:
(i) Cardiac Cannulas
(ii) Cardioplegia Sets
(iii) Cardioplegia Filter
(iv) Haemoconcentrator sets
(v) Intra-aortic balloon pump catheter kits
(vi) Oxygenators
(vii) CO2 table lines
(viii) Blood Filters
(ix) Perfusion blood transfer packs
(x) Customised tubing packs
(xi) In line blood parameters systems consumables
(a) for the Equipment Supply Schedule, an initial term of five years, with a NZ Health Partnerships right to renew the Equipment Supply Schedule for a further two years i.e. 5 + 2.
(b) for the Consumables Panel, an initial term of three years, with NZ Health Partnerships rights to renew the Panel for two further periods of two years each i.e. 3 + 2 + 2.
