Overview
This RFP relates to the purchasing of level two and custom wheeled mobility and postural management (seating) assessments and interventions. HBDHB will triage referrals and manage the waitlist for assessments, referring planned routine assessments on a regular basis, and as require unplanned urgent assessment will be referred.
Forecasting indicates around 28 level two and custom assessments per year, with approximately 75% of these being for a new chair.
