Overview
During the next two years it is expected that additional support may be required to assist the People and Quality Directorate of the HBDHB to plan and implement culture transformation programmes the HBDHB wish to embed. This support consists of one (or all) of the following support areas:
- Developing, building and embedding a values / behaviours framework for the sector; and
- Team development; and
- Health and wellness of staff (including support staff) with managing stress and building organisational resilience.
HBDHB wishes to establish long term relationships with a small panel of consultants (a maximum of two per support area) to be engaged as required for specified scoped pieces of work.
