Hawke's Bay District Health Board requires a space utilisation study to be undertaken on the area occupied by the Corporate Office and Options HB teams located on the first and second floors of 100 McLeod Street, Hastings.

The goal is to provide a summary report to inform decisions about:
- Suitability of existing accommodation
- Requirements for building alterations/reconfigurations
- Imminent lease renewal negotiations
- Long-term accommodation requirements

The study is to take stock of the accommodation needs of services, and consider ways that the space may be used more effectively. The work will involve surveying workstations and utility areas as well as talking to key staff and stakeholders to gain an understanding of how each service operates including their interactions with other services.
