The Hastings District Council, together with the Napier City Council, are requesting proposals from shortlisted consultants to provide technical solid waste advice for the Waste Futures project, a joint initiative of the Hastings District and Napier City Councils (the Councils).

Only consultants shortlisted through the Expressions of Interest process related to this project are being invited to submit proposals. A total of four consultants have been shortlisted.

In addition to engaging a consultant to provide advice on this project, the Councils would also like to identify a consultant to provide a peer review of elements of work produced by the successful consultant.
