REQUEST FOR TENDER
PR2026-620 – Parkhaven Roof Replacement
Tenders are requested for the above contract which involves the roof replacement of the 7 units in the Parkhaven Senior Housing Complex.
The contract involves:
• Removing exiting roofing material including underlay, netting and spouting and dispose / recycle it.
• Replace it with new netting, roof underlay, roofing corrugate iron (new profile), gutters, downpipes and flashings as well as re-fix all existing roof penetrations.
Tender documents are available from the Government Electronic Tenders Service (GETS) www.gets.govt.nz. Any enquiries about this contract must be made via www.gets.govt.nz.
Tenders close at 3pm Wednesday 10 December 2025 and must be submitted electronically via GETS. Please allow sufficient time to upload your submission to GETS. If you are not fully uploaded by 3pm your submission will cut off and not be accepted.
