REQUEST FOR TENDER
P2026-665 Hastings War Memorial Library Services Renewal & Hall of Memories Seismic Upgrade
Tenders are requested for the above contract which involves the strengthening of the Hall of Memories along with the renewal of the roof and the glazing. There is also the services (fire system and HVAC) in the Main library building that require a renewal.
Tender documents are available from the Government Electronic Tenders Service (GETS) www.gets.govt.nz. Any enquiries about this contract must be made via www.gets.govt.nz.
Tenders close at 3pm Wednesday 10 December 2025 and must be submitted electronically via GETS. Respondents should ensure sufficient time is allowed to upload the files to GETS prior to the tender closure date and time. There have been some issues with GETS lately.
