Hastings District Council advises the following key dates for procurement activities over the holiday season:

- Last tender closing date for 2025: Wednesday 10 December
- Last date to advertise tenders for 2025: Thursday 11 December

Please Note: If work is tendered over the Christmas period, the minimum tender period will be extended taking into account 23 Dec – 5 Jan as many businesses are generally closed.

- First date for tenders closing in January 2026 (if advertised prior to 14th December): Wednesday 21 January
- First date for advertising new tenders in 2026: Monday 12 January.
