Overview

This Registration of Interest (ROI) provides the opportunity for developers to register their interest in the purchase and development of 22 Napier Road, Havelock North.

HDC is seeking an experienced developer to purchase our Site and deliver a high-quality medium density residential development. We are not looking for theoretical or speculative proposals.

Respondents will need to demonstrate an understanding of HDC’s requirements and a plan to deliver on these. They will need to demonstrate their ability to deliver a high quality medium density residential development aligned with HDC’s Development Objectives.

HDC is not interested in joint ventures with developers for this opportunity – we are looking for a developer to purchase and develop the site as a high-quality medium density residential development. We will not consider proposals where there is clear "land banking". We will however accepted staged development proposals where appropriate.
