The ROI provides the opportunity to register your interest to offer health and wellbeing offerings to the Flaxmere Community from the spaces and resources previously occupied by FlaXrock Gym. This includes the original gym equipment room, the equipment itself if required, and the fitness room (the old climbing room area) around current leaseholders or use, or any combination of the above.
