This Registration of Interest (ROI) is an invitation to submit a Registration of Interest in the Purchase, Redevelopment and partial leaseback of 300 Lyndon Road East request for proposal opportunity.
This ROI is the first step in a multi-step procurement process.
After evaluation, shortlisted Respondent/s will be invited to participate in the second stage Request for Proposal.
This project involves offering the 3,219m2 vacant site at 300 Lyndon Road East for sale to prospective developers alongside Development Conditions, which require the purchaser to design and deliver a commercial-scale building with office accommodation of which HDC will lease 1,500m2 – 2,000m2 for a minimum term of 12 years, plus rights of renewal.
The successful Developer will need to demonstrate their ability to deliver a quality commercial-scale development within agreed time constraints and to a high-quality standard, aligned with HDC's Development Conditions and Development Objectives. They will need to demonstrate an understanding of HDC’s requirements and a plan to deliver on the requirements with the requisite stakeholder engagement and communication.
