This RFQ relates to the supply of Multi-Functional Devices (MFD) and Single Functions Devices (SFD’s) and related services. It is also for the supply of Print Room Equipment and related services.
It includes the delivery, installation and configuration of Equipment (as defined in the PTAS Contract), the-on-going maintenance and management of that equipment across multiple Council sites at Napier City Council, Hawke's Bay Regional Council and Hastings District Council and the removal and disposal of our old devices. The disposal of our current fleet must be undertaken in a manner that results in outstanding environmental sustainable outcomes.
Respondents are encouraged to review the current equipment and service delivery across Napier City Council, Hawke's Bay Regional Council and Hastings District Council sites and facilities and complete site visits during the RFQ process to inform their Proposals and recommendations.
