Over the next ten years the Hastings District Council (Council) Long Term Plan has allocated over $2 million for new and replacement playground equipment and safety surfacing.
Hastings District Council (Council) is seeking to establish an open panel of suppliers (Panel) to supply commercially available playground equipment and safety surfacing. The installation of equipment and/or safety surfacing will also be required in some instances.
This RFP is a single-step procurement process.

In submitting your proposal you must use the Response Form provided. You must also complete and sign the declaration at the end of the Response Form.

Proposals must be submitted electronically through GETS.

The total submitted file size must not exceed 50MB, including the response form plus any additional information.
