REQUEST FOR TENDER

CON2019088 Hastings 1 and 2 and Havelock North 1 and 2 Reservoir Repairs

The Hastings District Council is inviting tenders for the repair of the Hastings 1 and 2 and Havelock 1 and 2 Reservoirs.

The contract works will address the potential for rainwater to pond and leak through the roof of the reservoirs.

The contract works comprises the sealing of the entire roof area, and includes for the fitting of new hatches, handrails, air vents and anchor points.

Please note that tenders shall be submitted in two separate files. The TOTAL submitted file size must not exceed 50MB, regardless of the number of files submitted.

Each file shall be labelled in clear block letters as below:

File 1: CON2019088 HASTINGS 1 AND 2 AND HAVELOCK NORTH 1 AND 2 RESERVOIR REPAIRS – “TENDER SUBMISSION” NAME OF TENDERER and;

File 2: CON2019088 HASTINGS 1 AND 2 AND HAVELOCK NORTH 1 AND 2 RESERVOIR REPAIRS – “SCHEDULE OF PRICES” NAME OF TENDERER
