Hastings District Council is calling for Registrations of Interest from capable, experienced suppliers of Content Management Systems. The purpose of this Registration of Interest (ROI) is to shortlist suitability qualified suppliers to engage with Council in “Competitive Dialogue” sessions.

The outcome sought from these Competitive Dialogue sessions is to better inform us about the various ways we can resolve our current content management challenges, realise our vision in the Content Management space, and continue to comply with our legal obligations in Records Keeping and Content Management.

At the conclusion of these competitive dialogue sessions we will then finalise our requirements specifications for a new solution, and will invite shortlisted suppliers to formally submit their solution proposal.

This is a significant opportunity for suppliers to play a role in modernising and streamlining Council’s Content Management strategic direction. Council is open to new players, new ideas and new solutions.

Tenders close on 31st July at 3pm and must be submitted electronically via GETs. Please use the response form provided.

The TOTAL submitted file size must not exceed 50MB, regardless of the number of files submitted.

Respondents should ensure sufficient time is allowed to upload the files to GETS prior to the tender closure date and time. Questions should be submitted through GET’s only.
