Summary
This contract is to establish a planned preventative maintenance regime to ensure that building services installed within Council’s buildings and facilities are properly maintained in accordance with the design specifications and compliance requirements.
The works consists of inspections, data collection, programming, database management and the provision of all plant, labour and materials to undertake and complete the works of the Contract.
This contract involves the planned preventative maintenance of building services at 24 Hastings District Council owned sites in Hastings District. Building services equipment types include mechanical services, controls, hydraulic services, pumps, fire safety, lifts, controlled access and security.
Extent of Works
The maintenance services include routine maintenance, attendance of call outs, both within and out of normal hours, year round, IQP inspection and provision of all documentation required for issue of annual building warrant of fitness (BWoF), and maintenance of asset registers and asset identification.
All items included on the compliance schedules of the facilities are included in the scope of this contract.
