Tenders are requested for the above contract. This contract is for the seismic strengthening, internal layout reconfiguration and internal services fit out (to include plumbing and drainage, HVAC, electrical, fire and data) of the current Hastings District Council Emergency Management Offices located at 309 Lyndon Road East, Hastings 4122.
Emergency Management staff who currently operate out of this facility, are being relocated elsewhere during this project. Therefore monitoring of the agreed schedule by the contractors project manager is paramount to ensure the agreed contract completion date is met.
