Hastings District Council requires a modernised and capable audio and visual solution that can deliver in the following areas as well as integrate within its network infrastructure:
1. Audio Conferencing System – Required for our public and internal Council meetings, hearings and ceremonies. A microphone conferencing system with a master control unit, preferably with the ability to cast votes. Ideally the system would also have the ability to record the audio from such gatherings.
2. Visual Projection/Presentation Solution – provide displaying options to allow attendees to view presented content from all locations in the Chambers. Including automated projection screens or other suitable viewing options from modern connection options such as HDMI inputs and wireless display options.
3. Video Conferencing – A suitable hardware solution to allow video collaboration utilising such software solution as Skype for Business.
4. Video Streaming – a method by which we can easily broadcast and stream video of public meetings.
