Overview
This contract is for the collection and supply of manual road condition rating data for the Hastings District Council sealed road network in accordance with the client’s annual rating programme.
HDC undertakes condition rating on the basis of a 200m rating interval and minimum inspection Lengths of 20m (10%) and 40m (20%) on low and high risk areas of the network respectively. Rating on critical sections is at 100% sampling to provide greater confidence and accuracy.
HDC reserves the right to vary the length of road included in each sampling category at any time, to any degree without any change to the tendered rates.
