The following is the general scope of works required to complete this project. This is not to be taken as exhaustive and is provided only to aid with clarity and assist in the pricing and construction of the project:
• Cutting and removal of concrete surround slabs for new pool reticulation
• Excavation and backfilling for new pool reticulation
• Core drilling through existing pool walls
• Forming an opening in the plant room roof to allow removal of boiler,installation of the new filter and reinstatement on completion
• Removal, re-pitch and reroof part of building over plant room and female toilets
• Removal of boiler and flue
• Alterations to existing filter pipework
• Supply and installation of new sand filter and install two existing sand filters ex Clive
• Electrical connections and controls for filter system
• Installation of new pool reticulation pipework and valves
• Alterations to chlorine dosing system
• Construction of new balance tank in the existing learners pool
• Concrete encasement of flow pipework within pools
• Construction of new suction pit in the base of the Main pool balance tank
• Construction of new suction pit in the new learners pool balance tank
• Concreting of old infeed channel in the base of the main and learners pools
• Painting of the interior of the plant room
• Specialist finishes to Lap & Learner’s pools
• Reinstate concrete surrounds with falls to existing drains
• New pool drainage and pump chamber to connect to sewer
• Supply and installation of new 15000 litre underground detention tank
• Provide all necessary as-builts, warrantees required.
