This is an invitation for proposals for the supply and implementation of an E-plan solution for Hastings District Council's District Plan.
The requirement for an E-plan arises from a need to display the District Plan both in full, by section, by address search or by zone. An E-plan would incorporate District Plan text with GIS maps, integrating the two components in a user friendly way to view the District Plan for professionals, planning staff and the public.
Please submit your proposals electronically through the GETS site, in one filed clearly labelled with E-plan for HDC and your organisation's name before 4.00 pm on Wednesday 15th July 2015.
