Looking for a safe, easy to use, compact and light weight apnoea monitors that employs proven and robust technology to monitor an infant patient’s respiration and alarm when a apnoea condition presents. The apnoea delay should be user configurable.
Ideally:
• the combined system should be battery powered and easy to use (both in hospital and home)
• the system should registered for use in NZ and already be in service with NZ Healthcare institutions. Registration shall include
TGA (ARTG inclusion certificate) and/or CE certification (93/42/EEC Declaration of Conformity) certification;
WAND registered and a copy of the completed PHENZ form;
• Or, the system is already registered and in use in major institutions in Australia, USA, UK or similar and would meet the local statutory requirements (if not already registered in NZ).
