Overview
The objective of this Response Process is to deliver a value for money solution to:
(a) review the current state of the telephony environment at the Northern Region DHBs;
(b) provide a roadmap to a proposed future state with a high level design; and
(c) clearly identify risks for the Northern Region DHBs, Health Benefits Limited and hA (being healthAlliance N.Z. Limited and healthAlliance (FPSC) Limited) and a risk mitigation plan during the transition period and to help inform hA’s future investment plan for telephony infrastructure and services for the Northern Region DHBs.
