Overview

Health Alliance requires a Low Temperature Steriliser System together with associated consumables and a preventive maintenance agreement after the warranty period. Initial participating DHBs are Northland, Waitemata and Canterbury. Initial purchase requirement will be for 5 systems. The proposal will be open for other DHBs to participate at a later stage and can even take up the same contract after the RFP has concluded. Equipment, Consumables & Maintenance pricing will be fixed for the duration of the contract with hA. Please accomplish all of the attached file together with your Proposal submission. Intention to respond can be done by emailing the contact person on or before 10:00pm on 29 Sep 2014. Any submissions who had not provided an acknowledgement to respond will not be considered.
