The main project objectives are:
(a) Implement a Bed Management solution and associated process and system changes.
(b) Implement a Ward eWhiteboard solution that enables key patient and operations. information to be displayed on electronic whiteboards (EWB’s) with wards and on service and hospital management dashboards.
(c) Implement Handover functionality that will replace existing WIMS-based Nursing Handover and Clinician team patient lists to optimise information flow.
