Northland DHB requires a cleaning solution for multiple locations which are part of the DHBs footprint. These locations include Whangarei Hospital and offices, Dargaville Hospital and offices, Bay of Islands Hospital and offices, and Kaitaia Hospital and offices.
The DHB will utilise this RFP process to determine whether an in-house cleaning service or an outsourced cleaning provider is best suited to its needs. Besides the main sites within the Northland DHB catchment area there are other DHB sites which may not be part of the main campuses. The DHB would like to see prices for these sites based on square metre rates including travel cost. This Request for Proposal also includes the provision of porter services for Kaitaia Hospital.
