Capital and Coast, Hutt Valley and Wairarapa DHBs (Participating DHBs) have a current combined need from up to 700 annual service requests for up to 300 hours of Telephone Interpreting as outlined in P16-205: Telephone Panel RFP Response Form.
The purpose of this RFP is to establish a regional Panel (Panel) of one or more provider(s) for the supply of Telephone Interpreting Services (Services) to the Participating DHBs for a term of three years (with a two year right of renewal) (Solution). In running this process hA wishes to facilitate the establishment of a Panel to deliver options for a value for money Solution to the Participating DHBs, consistent with the expectations of both the Office of the Auditor-General and DHB obligations to balance ethical and sound commercial practices within a robust, transparent and fair process.
