Overview
This RFP conducted by health Alliance on behalf of Waitemata DHB details The DHBs requirements for a supplier to help improve its maturity of project, programme and portfolio management (P3M3) across the organisation. They are looking to establish an improvement programme, with on-going support over the next two years, to assist them in implementing this plan.
