Overview
The objective of this Response Process is to identify suitable licensees that will deliver a value for money solution to supply Retail Services/Products under an Occupation Licence with the Participating DHB, consistent with the expectations of both the Office of the Auditor-General and DHBs’ obligations to balance ethical and sound commercial practices within a robust, transparent and fair process.
The scope of this RFP is for Auckland DHB (ADHB) retail concessions including Florist, Cafes, General food, Book store / post office.
