Capital & Coast DHB wish to purchase one 3.0T MRI Scanner and one 1.5T MRI Scanner and associated maintenance services (MRIs and Services).
Accordingly hA is running a closed Secondary Procurement Proposal (RFP) for the supply of the MRIs and Services to CCDHB. Suppliers responding to RFP 15-04 "Supplier Panel for the supply of Imaging Equipment and Associated Maintenance Services NZ DHBs" (Panel Respondents) are invited to submit a Proposal to this RFP15-123.
Respondents must have submitted a response to the Panel RFP responding to all requirements for a Panel Supplier. Additionally they must in particular meet requirements to be accepted as a Panel Supplier and in particular meet all requirements under Appendix D: Supplier Panel Equipment & Service Requirements for 3T and 1.5T MRI scanners.
