Overview

This Request for Proposal - Lite (RFP-L) is an invitation to DIA Marketplace Cloud Transition Services Catalogue approved suppliers. https://www.marketplace.govt.nz/about-marketplace/whats-open-on-marketplace/approved-suppliers

The purpose of this RFP-L is to engage a capable Respondent to review, recommend and implement a Microsoft Azure solution that will support both current and future requirements. The desired approach is to build the environment from the ground up as a “greenfield” solution, delivering a structured and automated build, deployment and operational environment.

Each Proposal must meet the following pre-conditions. Proposals which fail to meet one or more will be eliminated from further consideration. Respondents who are unable to meet all pre-conditions should conclude that they will not benefit from submitting a Proposal.
1. Please confirm that you are an approved supplier for the Marketplace Cloud Transition Services Catalogue and: remain adherent to the Collaborative Marketplace Agreement, and are financially solvent.
2 Please confirm that you can mobilise your resources for a start date of 29 September 2025, with named personnel in the Statement of Work.
3 Please confirm that your proposed key resources will be co-located on-site in Wellington during the length of the engagement, with allowance for flexible working.
4 Please confirm that you can nominate at least two New Zealand organisations of similar size to GW that will be reference sites for services that are similar in scope, complexity to those specified in this RFP-L. These organisations must be confirmed prior to the Deadline for Proposals by you to act as your referees.
5 Please confirm that you hold at least $2M of Professional Indemnity Insurance and Public/General Liability Insurance any one occurrence.
6 Please confirm that you will not include your own standard contract terms and conditions into the Marketplace contracts.
7 Please confirm that your written non-price response is a maximum of 50 A4 pages and size 11 font.
