The Greater Wellington Regional Council (GWRC) is amalgamating its Wellington based offices to a central location late 2020. GWRC recognises the value in consistency across all of our office sites, and as such has taken the opportunity to expand this procurement across its network.
The design for the new office premises includes a hanging garden that spans three levels and an outside courtyard.

The objective of this tender, is to engage a longer term provider who can work with us to ensure our office environment, is not only providing health and wellbeing properties through planting and the right aesthetics for our people and visitors, but also helps to promote the external brand of GWRC and showcase our commitment to the environment through our workplace settings.

GWRC seeks a provider(s) with experience in both the delivery and management that can partner with us to finalise the planting design for our offices and maintain these on a lease basis for a minimum of five years.
