The Falconer Road Upgrade is the upgrade of an existing gravel road on the southern outskirts of
Gore to an asphalt surfaced 8m seal width road with full kerb and channel and upgraded services.
The works include but are not limited to:
• Contract Management, including development and implementation of Safety, Quality and
Environmental Management Plans, and liaison with other contractors and effected parties
• Traffic Control
• Survey Set Out
• Disposal/demolition of existing materials/services
• Earthworks
• Construction of piped networks and structures (water, storm water, foul sewer)
• Construction of roading and pedestrian networks and structures (road pavement, kerbing
etc)
• Landscaping (topsoil, grassing and tree planting)
• Testing and compliance
• Remedy of defects
• Construction of water tanker fill
• Remdiation of Avon Street (Provisonal and Sperable Portion)
• Any other associated works required
