The Government Property Management Centre of Expertise (PMCoE) has issued this Request for Information (RFI) to gather information from commercial property owners and/or developers who are able to offer office accommodation solutions to meet the government’s requirement for office accommodation in Whanganui.
Suppliers that are able to provide office accommodation in Whanganui that meet the requirements in section 3 are invited to respond to this request providing information on their office accommodation by completing the template ‘Part Three - Response Form’ in this Request for Information.
This is not a procurement process for goods or services nor has any final decision been made on any future procurement process. The issuing of this document and the related process is intended to enable the PMCoE to understand the amount, type, cost and location of office accommodation potentially available in Whanganui.
The PMCoE is interested in not only existing ‘as-is’ office accommodation, but also in existing accommodation with refurbishment potential, and any new build opportunity that meets our criteria set below.
The office space would need to enable a range of work functions such as
• Standard or Generic Office accommodation
• Service Delivery / Front of House
This notification is based upon a high level understanding of agency accommodation needs and will be refined over time.
Please note the closing time/date is Noon on Thursday 12 February 2015 (not Friday as stated on page 6 under 1.2 (Closing Date and Time).
