In short, we need an accounting software solution and an implementation partner to collaborate with Guardians of New Zealand Superannuation (GNZS) to replace the existing system, MYOB. The replacement solution will –
• Be cloud-based or be supported on a cloud platform such as Azure.
• Provide the same functionality as the existing system which includes account payments, accounts receivables and reporting
• Have electronic based workflows capability
• Have user role controls and audit trails of activity
• Allow for integration (to other systems)
• Allow for migration of historic data from the existing system

The project will be broken down into 3 phases-
Phase 1 – ROI
Phase 2 – RFP Process to select the Vendor and Solution
Phase 3 – Implementation of selected solution
The current MYOB solution caters for about 60 cost centres, 31 budget approvers, 140 staff and numerous projects.
