The Institute of Geological and Nuclear Sciences (GNS) is New Zealand’s leading Earth science institute and is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified vendor who will be responsible for providing drilling services at
Birkenhead Domain, North Shore, and Churchill Park Glendowie, Auckland. Denser spacing of seismic instruments is a top priority for GNS Science across New Zealand. A denser network is required to accurately constrain small magnitude seismicity at shallow depths. Specifically, this project targets seismic activity associated with the Auckland Volcanic Field.
