This ROI relates to cleaning services for each of GNS Science (GNS) & Callaghan Innovation (CI) Hutt Valley campuses. Previously these have been provided by OCS as part of the Police syndicate contract. Going forward we wish to develop a direct relationship with Provider(s) for each of our campuses. Both GNS & CI have developed this procurement exercise to determine if there are synergies and opportunities for Provider(s) to provide a comprehensive and reliable solution for both parties.
GNS Science and Callaghan Innovation are a mix of offices, common amenity spaces, laboratories and meeting/hosting spaces. This is the first stage in a multi-stage procurement process so your requirements will be high level. More detailed requirements are usually applied at the RFP stage and/or during workshops/site visits with the short-listed Respondents.
At the conclusion of the procurement process GNS & Callaghan will enter into separate contracts with Provider(s) should the procurement process identify suitable provider
