We’ve become aware that some suppliers may not be receiving GETS emails as expected.

Microsoft has implemented a new feature that has blocked some Microsoft email domains. If you have a Microsoft email address, you may have missed GETS emails between 19-24 January and from 1 February.

Log in and review the tenders on GETS and your subscribed tenders to ensure you haven’t missed any important information. If you believe this has impacted your ability to respond to a tender, please contact the tendering agency to discuss.

We’re continuing to work with Microsoft on a resolution of this issue. In the meantime, some users may continue to experience issues receiving GETS notifications through Microsoft email addresses. Our apologies for the inconvenience this issue has caused.
