Overview
The Financial Markets Authority (FMA) is looking for an eServices Portal that financial market participants can use to connect to, authenticate with and complete a majority of their regulatory interactions with the FMA. The aim is to establish a mechanism to offer participants a way to meet their compliance commitments in an efficient, easy to operate manner. This will take the form of a web site within which they can submit a variety of information to us, in various types of forms (for example, a licence application form would be submitted with attached documents), so that this can be directed to internal systems for processing.
