Nelson City Council (NCC) and Arts Council Nelson are seeking an experienced architectural firm to design a community arts hub within the Millers Acre building in central Nelson. The project involves repurposing parts of the north and south buildings to create a vibrant arts centre. This RFP covers the concept design phase, with the potential for further detailed design work if the concept is approved.
